Go to Lists → Test List. Select the newsletter (list name) you want to test from the drop-down menu. Enter your email address, select Plain-text, MIME or HTML (or any combination), and click Test List. In a few minutes you’ll receive the test version of your newsletter.

Keep in mind that features that are tied to a subscriber record will not work until the list is actually deployed, such as unsubscribe, forward to a friend, profile updates, and display message.
