Create Your Content
This is an important first step!
The content you are creating is the text (plain and HTML) of your email newsletter/action alert/announcement.
Microsoft Word is notoriously bad at creating HTML that works well in a variety of non-Outlook email clients. After writing the content of your newsletter in a word processing program, you will need to copy and paste your content into a Text-Only editor (such as Notepad) to strip out any extraneous code.
To clean up the Microsoft Word content, copy the content from Word into Notepad. After you paste your content into Notepad, copy it again from Notepad. In step 3 you will paste this clean version into WhatCounts.
