Creating a Segmentation Rule
If you’re satisfied with your newsletter, we recommend deploying the
newsletter to a review team in your organization (a segment consisting
of a few colleagues). If you want to make changes after viewing this
message, go back to Step 3 to make your edits, and try again.
Go to Segmentation → Segmentation Rules → Add a New Segmentation Rule. Give the rule a name (like Review Team) and description, then select the conditions.
To create a segmentation consisting of a few email addresses, select Email Address
for the field, [Text] Equals for the comparison operator, and type in
the address for the value. Be sure to have the Boolean operator OR
selected at the top if you’re including more than one name.
