There isn't a perfect, one mouse click solution for this, but you can do it. If you log in to your list and click on "Subscribers" you'll see the email addresses of all your subscribers. Toward the top right of this page is a drop down menu that allows you to choose how many of your subscribers you can see. Show as many as you can, then select (aka highlight) and copy them all and paste them into Excel. In order to see them in a coherent manner in Excel you should use the "Paste Special" function in Excel. It's under the Edit menu, choose "Paste as text".

Another option is to use the email command "review listname" (sent to "sympa@lists.onenw.org", where "listname" is the name of a list that you own.) You will receive, via email, a list of your subscribers. But it's not well formatted, and may be hard to copy into a spreadsheet.
